Accessing the My Aged Care Portal

The My Aged Care Portal is a great tool to allow you and your representatives to view your aged care services.

Accessing the My Aged Care Portal is really simple. Go to and enter your username and password. If you do not already have an account, you can create one by clicking the ‘Create an Account’ page. Once you log in to the portal, you can use the portal to:

  • view and update your personal profile

  • view and update your relationships including representatives and your primary contact person

  • view your current support plans

  • view your current care approvals

  • view the aged care services you are currently receiving

  • view your interactions with My Aged Care

  • view and upload attachments

  • view and print your information
