We have changed
We have recently merged with Queensland based organisations There4U and Excelcare as well as LiveBetter in New South Wales to become one.
Why did we join?
Joining meant that you would have availability to more resources which assures better services for all clients.
Whilst "care" and being "there for you" is at the core of what we do every day, we also promote independence, educate and assist people with skill development. Our priority as an organisation is to give you a better life.
Joining Excelcare and LiveBetter meant our service area extended into NSW. With their area of service spanning across our neighbouring state, we now have access into regions such as Albury, Wodonga, Wagga Wagga, Tullamore, Lithgow, Oberon and Cowra, Broken Hill and more.
We believe that we are stronger as a united body and with such a broad area of servicing, we have more resources than ever, and are better equipped to truly help you to experience life in its fullness.
What does this mean?
Excelcare has joined with LiveBetter Community Services.
We are about helping you live a better life – whatever that may be – perhaps it is providing personal care, learning a skill to assist with your caring role or gaining employment, improving social connections, or perhaps you just need a ride to the shops or a medical appointment.
As a larger organisation we can supply more services, ensure the organisation keeps growing and also provide clients with long term services they can rely on. We are better positioned to be equipped with improved systems and technology to ensure our clients are receiving leading edge services and prioritised care.
No matter what service our clients require or what stage of life they are in, we strive to provide services that will help you or a loved one to live better.

Will my services change?
Please don’t worry. Delivery of services to you or a loved one will not be disrupted.
You can expect the great service you are used to that focuses on respect, support, collaborative decision making and, let’s face it, the right amount of fun!
Supporting regional areas remains a focus for us. We still buy local, spend local and employ local and we continue to support the communities we work in.
How will we deliver on our promise to help you live better?

Behind the scenes our Research and Innovation, and Clinical and Quality Management teams are focused on ensuring we deliver the highest quality services.
Our new customer service department make sure the right person always hears your feedback or concerns. Our latest biannual customer satisfaction survey showed respondents gave a 95% positive rating to our staff friendliness and helpfulness and importantly for the third survey in a row, 97% of respondents said they would recommend us to someone else. We continue to harness your feedback to inform our practice and improve our service.
